The most gatekept secret is that it’s actually S The most gatekept secret is that it’s actually SO easy to meditate! These are my favorite meditation podcasts for beginners that let anyone press play and enjoy a calming meditation.
Meditation doesn’t have to be hard! Honestly a lot of times I’m lying down in my bed listening to one of these meditation podcasts not worrying about my posture or even finishing the episode.
But what I’ve gained from these guided meditations has helped me more than I could ever imagine!
My favorite meditative podcasts for beginners include:
1. 12 Minute Meditation from @mindfulmagazine ✨
This meditation podcast is perfect if you don’t have much time and want to be guided through a simple meditation or try different meditation techniques. Each episode has a different guest leading meditations and there is SO MUCH here!
2. The Breathwork Club by @brianbmalone 💫
There’s rarely new episodes but I go back and listen to my favorite meditations all the time! I love breathwork because it helps me shift into calmness or become more focused and present.
3. Tara Brach by tarabrach 🌟
Make sure to find the episodes titled meditation! Tara Brach’s meditations are informed by Buddhism and her experiences with psychology. But you don’t have to know anything because she guides you through everything you need for that meditation with such lovely calm energy.
4. Meditative Story by @meditativestory ⭐️
These episodes are less of a guided meditation and more of an invitation to listen and reflect. I always find myself more inspired or hopeful after listening.
5. Happiness Spells by @happinessspells
If I only have 5 minutes I will listen to an episode of Happiness Spells! While not a traditional meditation these are an invitation to practice gratitude and presence while listening to a list of happy things. So if you feel intimidated by meditation and just want a moment of gratitude or mindfulness this podcast is an absolute delight.
Do you listen to any of these podcasts or have a favorite meditation podcast I didn’t mention? Leave a comment and let me know!

Getting a snow day when you’re beyond ready for Getting a snow day when you’re beyond ready for spring is such a good metaphor for life. I’ve been learning about the concept of “groundlessness” listening to Pema Chodron’s audiobooks lately.
As humans it is natural to seek solidity or certainty because it’s uncomfortable and even painful or anxiety inducing to navigate uncertainty.
But our natural state is change and transition.
The unknown can be scary! But it can also hold positive things & possibilities beyond our imagining.
I’m working on being open and present without expectations. To take things moment by moment without catastrophizing. Being realistic and planning while also loosening my grip on a specific outcome.
Today, that looks like enjoying a snow day when I was dreaming of spring. There is a lot of joy to be found in the unplanned and unexpected. What helps you deal with the uncertainties in life?

What March bucket list item would you want to comp What March bucket list item would you want to complete first? March holds the beginning of spring, St. Patrick’s Day & hopefully some rainy days!
March is a great month to start getting outside again. And since it’s been few months since setting New Year resolutions, it’s a good time to check in with yourself & set new goals for the coming months.
What are you looking forward to in March?
